De general terms are applicable for all bookings made with Belcoast Holidays and are unbreakable part of the travel contract.
1. Terms of payment
For reservations ≥ 6 weeks prior to your arrival:
50 % of the entire amount must be paid within a fortnight. The balance is due at least 4 weeks prior to the planned stay.
For reservations ≤ 6 weeks prior to your arrival:
The entire amount must be paid upon reservation.
2. Cacellation policy booking
The cancellation conditions are strictly complied. It may happen that you have to cancel your holiday due to unforeseen circumstances, in this case you have to contact Belcoast Holidays (during office hours) to inform them about your cancellation.
A cancellation up to 60 days prior to arrival, is free of charge. For a cancellation between 60th day and 30th day prior to arrival, 50% of the total amount is due. For a cancellation from the 30th day (included), 100% of the total amount is due.
Important: The difference between the total rental amount and the amount due will be compensated by means of a voucher.
In the event of cancellation by the guest, regardless of when the cancellation is made, the booking fee remains payable and will not be refunded under any circumstances. This fee covers the administrative processing and fixed administrative costs associated with the booking.
A preference fee is charged when a specific location or accommodation is secured at the tenant’s request. This means that this accommodation is exclusively reserved for the booked period and cannot be offered to other tenants.
In the event of cancellation, the preference costs remain payable in full and are non-refundable, regardless of the time of cancellation, as these costs relate to the exclusive booking and the potential loss of other rental opportunities.
It is recommended to take out travel insurance with your personal insurance company.
3. Amendments
After confirmation, you can make essential changes (such as dates, type of accommodation, number of people, extras, etc.) up to 30 days before arrival. In the event of a change to a more expensive period, you will have to pay the surcharge; in the event of a change to a less expensive period or type of accommodation, you will still have to pay the full rental price. A extra fee of €30 may be charged per change. In case of cancellation, the cancellation conditions apply.
4. Cancellation by C-Holidays
Under exceptional and unforeseen circumstances Belcoast Holidays reserves the right to temporarily close the hotel (e.g. water damage, fire, selling of the property, blockades, threat of war, strikes…)
This also applies if the reservation cannot take place due to, for example, the sudden sale of the accommodation or a double reservation.
In this case Belcoast Holidays will offer you similar or superior accommodation at the same price or will refund the full price. However, Belcoast Holidays cannot be held liable for any services you had booked yourself (e.g. plane tickets, car hire, bus trip, etc.)
5. Price
C-Holidays remains the right to change prices and/or to include a surcharge as a result of factors such as a change in the cost of energy consumption, but not limited as such. We also reserve the right to change special promotions during the period of validity of the brochure. At the time of booking, you will be notified of the then current price. The price on the booking confirmation is binding. No discounts or special promotions can be granted after Belcoast Holidays has sent out a confirmation or invoice.
6. Consumption costs
The consumption of electricity and water for Zeegalm Bungalows will be charged at cost price upon departure. The costs are calculated based on the length of stay and the number of persons. These costs must be paid upon departure.
7. Rental period
Please respect our check- in and check-out times. May we kindly ask you to contact us should you not be able to arrive during opening hours for key pick-up arrangements.
8. Discounts

Conditions:
- Discounts are not cumulative with other price deals
- Discounts cannot be granted with retrospective effect
- Belcoast Holidays maintains the right to revise discounts
9. Pets
Pets are permitted in certain bungalows/apartments, subject to prior approval. If pets are accommodated in a bungalow/apartment where this is not permitted, a fine of €50 + the cost of the pet will be charged.
10. Liability
Belcoast Holidays does not accept any responsibility for the following:
- information given by phone or verbally provided information;
- theft, loss or damage, injuries or accidents incurred of any nature whatsoever during or as a result of staying at Belcoast Holidays;
- failure or suspension of any of our technical equipment;
- unavailability of our accommodation due to force majeure;
- printing mistakes in the brochure or typing errors on our website;
11. Complaints
Should you have a complaint despite all precautions taken by Belcoast Holidays, this complaint should be taken up locally and directly with the person in charge, in order to allow the person in charge to solve the complaint as soon as possible.
